Project Background

EasyPickup is a mobile app developed to revolutionize car transportation services by providing a simple, efficient, and user-centric solution. The app connects customers with a network of trusted carriers for transporting vehicles, whether it's a single car or a fleet.

With features like real-time tracking, transparent pricing, and easy booking, it ensures a seamless experience from pick-up to delivery. Users can schedule car transport, monitor their vehicle's journey in real time, and choose from various carriers based on reviews, pricing, and availability, ensuring peace of mind and reliability in vehicle logistics.

Problem Statement

User Pain Points:

  • Complicated scheduling process for car pickup and drop-off.
  • Lack of transparency in service status and costs.
  • Poor communication and updates from service providers.
  • Existing apps or services often require cumbersome steps to schedule a car pickup or delivery, lacking quick booking options and intuitive user flows.

Business Challenges:

  • High competition with similar services offering better user experiences.
  • Low customer retention and repeat usage due to poor user experience.
Solutions
  • Implement a simplified booking process with a clean and intuitive interface. Users should be able to schedule a car pickup or delivery in just a few taps by inputting pickup and drop-off locations, choosing a vehicle type, and setting a time.
  • Allow users to save frequently used pickup and drop-off locations, reducing the time it takes to book recurring trips.
  • Offer users the ability to schedule rides in advance, catering to those who need flexibility with time.
  • Integrate real-time GPS tracking that allows users to monitor the location of their vehicle during transportation. They can see the route and estimated time of arrival directly from the app.
